Yes. Our contracts cover air-to-water, air-to-air and geothermal heat pumps, all brands — Daikin, Atlantic, Viessmann and the rest — even if we did not carry out the original installation.
The contract includes the full annual visit (refrigerant check, heat exchanger cleaning, settings), an intervention report, repair priority and a preferential labour rate on interventions outside the visit.
