Data collected
We collect the data you provide via our quote and contact forms: first and last name, contact details (e-mail, phone), location of the property (postcode, town) and a description of your project.
Browsing data (IP address, pages viewed, device type) may be collected automatically via cookies and audience-measurement tools, under the conditions described in our cookie policy.
Purposes & legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your requests, draw up quotes, carry out our services, ensure commercial follow-up and after-sales service, and comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting ones.
The corresponding legal bases are: the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in developing our business, and compliance with our legal obligations.
Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for the wendows teams and, where applicable, for our technical processors (hosting, customer-relationship management tools) acting on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for up to three years after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the period required by our legal obligations (in particular ten years for accounting records), before being deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
