The Brussels-Capital Region offers the Renolution grants for replacing windows with high-performance double or triple glazing. The amount is adjusted across three income categories and increased for lower incomes. No upfront payment: we calculate your category and manage the application.
In Flanders, the Mijn Verbouwpremie covers the replacement of exterior joinery on homes more than 5 years old, subject to income conditions. We check your eligibility based on your address and build the grant into your quote.
For any home more than 10 years old, VAT drops from 21 % to 6 % on the supply and installation of windows, whatever your region. It is applied directly to your quote.
