In Wallonia, we put together your Habitation grant application, whose amount depends on your income and the coefficient reached; in Brussels, it’s the Renolution grants. The 6% renovation VAT rate is applied and deducted from your invoice.

Where should I start to insulate my home? +
The best cost-to-benefit ratio is almost always the roof or attic, where a large share of the heat escapes. The technical visit at your home sets the order of priority suited to your home — attic, walls, floor or façade — to invest where the gain comes fastest.
Do I need an audit before the work? +
Not always, but it is sometimes required to unlock certain grants or the highest amounts. Depending on your town and the type of work, we tell you whether a home audit is useful in your case and we point you to an accredited auditor.
Is the call-out and visit chargeable? +
No. The call-out for the technical visit at your home and the quote are entirely free and with no obligation, everywhere in our service area — including more remote rural towns. You pay nothing until you have approved the project.
Do the grants depend on my town? +
They depend on your region, your income and the performance achieved. In Wallonia, the Habitation grant for insulation and the 6% VAT rate apply according to your situation; in Brussels, it’s the Renolution grants. We identify the support available for your address, put together the application and deduct it from your invoice.
