Is the quote really free?
Yes, completely. The visit for the on-site study and the priced quote are free and with no obligation, anywhere in Belgium. You only pay once you have approved your project.
How do you know what output I need?
During the on-site study, we assess the insulation, the surface area, the emitter system (radiators, underfloor heating) and your hot water needs. Precise sizing avoids a heat pump that is too powerful (costly) or too small (uncomfortable).
Are grants included in the quote?
Yes. We calculate the heat pump grant you are entitled to depending on your region and your income, as well as the reduced 6% VAT for a home over 10 years old, and show them on the quote; where possible, we deduct them directly.
Am I committed by requesting a quote?
No, no commitment. The quote request and the study carry no obligation to buy. You stay free to compare and decide at your own pace.
Can I replace my oil boiler with a heat pump?
